Coming in June to Disney Infinity Archive Project!

I hope you are enjoying the recovered Disney Infinity videos that I have been posting on the Disney Infinity Archive Project. It has been fun to hear from people in the community who are happy to have access to this material once again – many for the first time!

Some of you have been asking to see more of the videos that were lost when the Disney Infinity YouTube channel was deleted. Well, this month, you can expect to see more of the lost videos besides just the developer tutorials. Here is a preview of some of the content you can expect to see in June:

The first batch of lost episodes for Toy Box TV will begin airing on June 8. These are episodes 27-29, which were lost when the Disney Infinity YouTube channel was deleted. The original video thumbnails for these episodes are shown above. These episodes include coverage from San Diego Comic Con in 2014, more 2.0 previews, and the winners of the Toy Story, Olaf’s in Summer, and Up challenges. There are also a few other surprises in these episodes, but I won’t spoil those for you!

Toy Box TV episode 28 reveals the grand prize winners of the Movie Magic Video Contest, which was announced on June 1, 2014. The challenge for this contest was to create a video celebrating one’s favorite Disney movie in the Toy Box. The three Grand Prize winners would win a paid trip to the first annual Toy Box Summit, and the 10 First Place Winners would win a Captain America figure.

I have recovered the video submissions for all 13 winners, which had been posted on the Disney Infinity YouTube channel. On June 10, I will post the video submissions from the 3 grand prize winners, along with Toy Box TV episode 28. Then the next day, on June 11, I will post all 10 videos from the first place winners. These short videos were very creative and are a lot of fun to watch.

Beginning on June 6, you will start to see some announcements and trailers for the first annual Toy Box Summit in 2014. The full live streams for this event will air on June 12-13, and the smaller videos featuring just the keynote presentation and individual panels will air on June 15-16. I also recovered a lost sizzle reel that shows highlights from the event. That will be posted at the end of the day on June 13.

Portions of these videos can be found in various places online, but this will be the first time since the Disney Infinity YouTube channel was taken down that all of the content for this event will be available in one place once again! And all of it is in HD!

Regarding the lost developer tutorials, the final 3.0 tutorial will air on June 9, and beginning on Monday June 17, I will start posting the developer tutorials for 2.0. Many of these tutorials are still relevant for 3.0, so they are worth watching, even if you don’t build in the 2.0 toy box.

There are also some rare trailers and TV spots for Disney Infinity that I will be posting in June. I think you are going to enjoy these!

And, of course, there will be more character trailers, more episodes of Toy Box TV: Tips and Tricks for 3.0, more Toy Box TV Live Stream highlights, and a handful of other videos.

It should be an exciting month for Disney Infinity fans, so stay tuned to the Disney Infinity Archive Project for lots of fun content!
